4.The locating parameter of each module can be adjusted individually, ensure the accurately of the implanting position .
5.Double working platforms can work at the same time or separate, with high production efficiency, and the layout size of material can be flexibly selected.
6.Photoelectric sensor is used to monitor and control the chip feeding. Machine will alarm and stop automatically when errors happens.
7.It can be used for taping type or gluing type, which can be selected by the client. Chip placing and gluing operate at the same time.
